I help people to understand and communicate their value to future employers. Delivering workshops in schools, I encourage students to recognise the achievements they already have and the value of the things they are already doing so their CV can be compelling and unique. This ensures that each of them can access the right opportunities for them.

With 12 years experience as a CV writer across 6 continents, I have worked with people from apprentice to CEO level. I apply a combination of experience from recruitment consultancy, business management, consulting, research, and being a current employer.

This is available in the form of a talk or practical workshops to upskill young people to understand how to get selected for their desired roles and manage their careers.

Talks are available in various formats:

One-off talk (in a single lesson or assembly)
Half day of talks, workshops, or interviews
Full day sessions/carousel activities
Package of work across a full school year, delivering maximum impact on career outcomes. Training students to plan and deliver their career development. Outputs include all students having powerful CVs, application form writing skills, and interview techniques.

Develop students’ career skills

I help each individual to access the jobs that they desire now and/or build the skills to do this in the future.

I run practical exercises on identifying the requirements of jobs that they want.

As a marketer and former recruiter, I can speak from knowledge and experience about:
