As a level 7 qualified Chartered Marketer, former recruiter, and business leader, I exist to help people get their ideal job.

Experienced in business management; building a high–performing team, I’m also a current employer and business consultant. That means, my knowledge of how recruitment and selection decisions are made is completely up to date. Job applications are a vital part of everybody’s working life, and I know that time spent getting these things right pays off enormously. Especially, when you understand what employers are looking for and what their businesses need.

In my early career, I regularly got the first job that I applied for. That’s because I learned how to match myself to an employer’s needs. Then, as a recruitment consultant, I helped candidates to do the same. As a manager, recruiting my team, I noticed how little correlation there was between someone’s ability to do a job well and their CV. So, I created a service to fix that.

I help people to get selected for their ideal job by understanding and communicating their value.

I combine marketing and recruitment knowledge as a level 7 qualified Chartered Marketer, former recruitment consultant, and business manager, having led a growing business for 5 years and running my own for 12 years.

My clients get selected in competitive selection processes, at all levels, from entry–level apprentice to international CEO. And, in all kinds of roles.

I understand employers and recruiters and my business strategy consulting role keeps this knowledge up to date. I take people beyond the basic advice that they can get for free and help them apply suitable techniques to their personal brand. Having learned how to get myself chosen every time in my early career and then how to get other people selected as a recruitment consultant using the same principles, I created my business to solve a fundamental problem: The best people for a job often do not have the best CV. Fixing this benefits everyone.
